Happy Friday! We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, so I wanted to share one of my favourite new infused water recipes for the autumn season! If you love infused water just as much as me, check out this post for more delicious recipes šŸ™‚

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 plum, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks


  1. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher. Keep in refrigerator to chill.
  2. Enjoy!
