Do you know what your summer needs? Popsicles, really any kind is delicious, but these homemade Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are to die for! Recently I’ve been obsessed with Pinterest. I am constantly pinning super fun summer time recipes, DIYs and activities… While doing this I came across a bunch of popsicle recipes and they looked amazing… so of course I had to try it out 🙂

The recipe I’m sharing with you requires only three ingredients; strawberries, lemon, and lemonade. I first came across a recipe for Berry Lemonade Popsicles from  The First Year Blog and instantly knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to use a clear liquid so when the popsicle freezes you would still be able to see the contents of the popsicle (it looks super cute haha!!). I chose strawberries because they are my all time favorite fruit, but don’t be afraid to switch it up! Check out the recipe below 🙂

Prep Time: 5 mins | Freeze Time: 1 hour | Servings: 10 popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Popsicle Mold
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, cut into thin slices
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
  • lemonade

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the strawberry and lemon slices into your popsicle mold
  2. Pour just enough lemonade into each mold to cover the fruit
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and cover, freeze until frozen solid.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

*** The amount of fruit will vary on the size of your popsicle mold and of course you’re own preference!

I hope you all enjoyed this recipe, be sure to try it out! Stay tuned for more recipes like this! Thanks for reading ❤

  1. I know this is an older post, but not for me. Just in time for the upcoming summer! These looked so good with all the great shots you took that I don’t think you needed to write the instructions. I am so going to make these once I get a full-sized popsicle holder. Where did you get that anyway? All I’ve ever had were one-sided mini popsicle holders that always looked like you got ripped off.
