Paleo Banana-Cinnamon Pancakes

Happy Sunday everyone, I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Over the past couple weeks my family and I have been very interested in the Paleo diet so I have decided to share a couple of my favourite recipes for you guys. If you want to know what Paleo is all about click this link! 🙂

I’m sure I’m not the only one who loooooves pancakes!! So this morning I felt super motivated to make a ‘fancy’ breakfast for my parents and I, so I decided to make some Paleo Banana-Cinnamon pancakes! I was a little hesitant about this recipe because it doesn’t call for any flour but they ended up tasting amazing!!!! Check out the recipe below!

  1. This looks good great for paleo diets. Not so good for low carb low sugar ones. So many different lifestyles to try and see which ones work for. I did try paleo but it did not work for me. I say lifestyle because that is what they are NOT diets.

  2. I’ve made pancakes similar to these before. I was amazed that you really don’t need any flour to make pancakes! And they’re so delicious! Yours look a lot prettier than mine did though 🙂 Good job!

      1. If you are making a mess during the cooking stage… I like to make my pancakes one by one (I know it takes longer but I like to make sure they don’t mold into one). I use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop up my batter and place it into the pan. Although doing one pancake at a time takes longer, it is an easier way to flip and create evenly sized pancakes! Hope that helps 🙂
