3 Delicious Infused Water Recipes

If you are looking for ways to increase your water intake, fruit infused waters are a great alternative to plain old water because they taste amazing and they’re made with super healthy ingredients! Below are three of my favourite water infused recipes which boost my energy and keep me hydrated throughout the day! Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚

Strawberry, Orange,ย and Mint

  • Mason jar (or container of your choice)
  • 3 cups of waterย 
  • Two slices of an orange
  • 10 strawberries, sliced
  • 6 mint leaves

Strawberry, Raspberry, Lime, and Cucumber

  • 3 cups of water
  • 6 slices of cucumber
  • 13 raspberries
  • 10 strawberries, sliced

Grapefruit, Lime, Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint
